Ogden Submits Plans for Condos to City of Waukesha

Several years behind on promised project, the proposal attempts to settle lawsuit.

(Posted Nov. 28, 2016) WAUKESHA, WI — Construction is expected to begin in the fall of 2017 on a $16.3 million luxury apartment development in Waukesha that Ogden & Co. Inc. plans to build to settle a lawsuit with the city, the Milwaukee Business Journal reported. The 122 units will be in two four-story buildings in the Ogden's existing Mill Reserve development, which received special tax increment financing but has been stalled for many years. The first phase of the project was completed, but other phases promised as part of the financing deal never happened.
