Panera Bread Coming to Waukesha
Waukesha had been waiting for years for the restaurant; plans announced this week.
WAUKESHA - Waukesha residents interested in dining at Panera Bread may soon get their wish.
According to a Waukesha Freeman report, the time may have finally come with the restaurant famous for its bread, pastries, sandwiches and soups planned for the Shoppes at Fox River.
The Freeman report said that Community Development Director Jennifer Andrews confirmed Panera will be part of the phase of development underway at the Shoppes at Fox River on the western edge of Sunset Drive.
A date has yet to be announced for the Panera opening.
Panera had been looking for years for the right location in Waukesha, and now the wait appears to be over.
