Passerby Helps Save Elderly Waukesha Man's Life: Report
When an 82-year-old man was found lying unconscious from an apparent cardiac emergency, a passerby alerted authorities.

WAUKESHA, WI — A concerned citizen alerted authorities after finding an unconscious elderly man outside, ultimately saving his life police reported.
Waukesha police and first responders were called to a home on the 800 block of W. College Ave. just after 3 p.m. on April 27 on a report of a man down.
Waukesha police told Patch that an 82-year-old man who lived at the residence was found unconscious by a passerby. According to the report, he was breathing, yet also foaming at the mouth at the time of the emergency call.

Police said that the elderly man was transported to the Waukesha Memorial Hospital where it was determined that he suffered from an apparent cardiac emergency. Authorities told Patch that his condition was determined to be life-threatening, and believed to be a medical issue.
