Pats Rib Place Opening Larger Restaurant July 10

A local rib joint is expanding, bringing more of their slow-cooked goodness to customers in the Waukesha area.

WAUKESHA, WI — A local rib joint is expanding, bringing more of their slow-cooked goodness to customers in the Waukesha area in the form of more seating for their enthusiastic customer base.

According to a report from the Milwaukee Biz Times, Pat's Rib Place, 151 E. Sunset Drive, is adding 1,600 square feet of space and 55 new seats to their restaurant. They will open the remodeled restaurant on July 10.

“We have a loyal customer base, but we’ve also become a destination restaurant,” said co-owner Alisha Hayes in the BizTimes report. “Our customers are eager to get into the new space.”

The website Tripadvisor gives Pat's Rib Place 4.5 out of 5 stars based on 139 reviews. One reviewer who went to the place less than a week ago had high praise, saying: "If you like ribs, this is the place to go! They melt in your mouth, smoked everyday and come with coleslaw and baked beans! They have spare ribs, baby back ribs, pulled pork sandwiches, beef brisket, and wings! They also have Catfish, perch, and cod! A great place to visit if you are in Waukesha. A must stop by!"
