Person Of Interest In Antigo Death Captured: Police

WAUKESHA, WI— A person of interest wanted in connection with a woman’s death in Antigo, who was last seen in Waukesha and whose son was found alone in a Waukesha hotel, has been arrested, according to Antigo Police.

The woman was found dead from stab wounds in Antigo Monday. Authorities identified the victim as 63-year-old Susan Reese, of Antigo.

Waukesha Police named her son, Derek Goplin, 38, as the person of interest.

Goplin was found in Racine County on Wednesday night.

Goplin and a child were captured on video outside of Reese’s home before the incident, according to a Wausau Pilot and Review report.
