Piano Festival at Carroll March 30

Carroll University will host “The Well-Prepared Pianist” and Piano Teams Festival on Sunday, March 30, 2014, at 3 p.m. in Shattuck Music Center, 218 N. East Ave., Waukesha. This event is sponsored by the music department, and is free and open to the public.

Pianists of all ages will gather together on stage to perform ensembles on five grand pianos. The pianists include Shanti Daya, adjunct instructor of music at Carroll University; Barbara Bunge, Joan Nowaczynski and Sue Rusch from Partners of Music; as well as Laura Eiche, Judy Mitchel and Pru Palecek. They will perform arrangements of orchestral, jazz and folk music.
