Pick n' Save Robbery Suspect Arrested, Police Say

According to Waukesha sheriff's officials, the robberies happened on April 2 and Feb. 18.

WAUKESHA, WI — Authorities say they've arrested a local man in connection with two robberies at the Village of Wales Pick 'n Save grocery store.

According to Waukesha sheriff's officials, the robberies happened on April 2 and Feb. 18. Officials asked for the public's help to track down the robbery suspect, and on April 6, announced they arrested a 30-year-old man.

According to Waukesha County Sheriff's officials, deputies were sent to the Pick 'n Save grocery store in the Village of Wales at 6:30 p.m. on Feb. 18 on a report of the first robbery. Deputies said the suspect fled the store. There were no reported injuries.

According to sheriff's officials, the store was temporarily closed during the investigation, but was later re-opened that evening. Another robbery happened on April 2, and the suspect fled a second time in a light-colored pickup truck that had a ladder rack.
