WAUKESHA, WI — Waukesha police advised a man to go to the Waukesha Memorial Hospital during his interaction with authorities just after 9:30 p.m. Wednesday. According to police reports, a man came to the police department earlier that evening to report that Vietcong women in Brookfield were using Japanese satellites to shoot lasers into his brain. The person told authorities that he believes that the Waukesha police department should be aware of this. According to police reports, a man came to the police department earlier that evening to report that Vietcong women in Brookfield were using Japanese satellites to shoot lasers into his brain. The person told authorities that he believes that the Waukesha police department should be aware of this.
