Police Arrest Man Caught Banging On Windows: Report

According to police reports, a man was banging on a window and was bleeding on his right arm.

WAUKESHA, WI — Waukesha police responded to a home on the 300 block of N. East Ave. at about 10 p.m. on July 27 on a report of a suspicious person.

According to police reports, a man was banging on a window and was bleeding on his right arm. A person on the scene asked him if there was a problem, and the man began to yell at him.

When officers arrived at the scene, they found the man and arrested him. After an apparent struggle, the man was arrested on suspicion of disorderly conduct, resisting an officer and disorderly conduct.
