Police Arrest Man Who Threw Brick at BP Gas Station: Report

WAUKESHA, WI — Police in Waukesha responded to the BP gas station just before 4 p.m. on May 13 on a report of a criminal damage to property incident.

According to police reports, an eyewitness said that a man on a red motorcycle threw a brick through the window of the BP gas station on the 500 block of W. Sunset Drive.

Waukesha police told Patch that they tracked down the person responsible for damaging the window. That person was identified as Rick Sam Geracie, 48, of Menomonee Falls. He was cited for criminal damage to property, according to the report.
