Force of Nature
Maple Ave/W Main St
June 5, 11:56 p.m.
Male was trying to break off tree branches and also was trying to break the no parking sign and also started pulling plants out. Last known direction south side of main, across from Kendall. Police caught up with the man and took him into custody for disorderly conduct.
Traffic Accident
E. Broadway and Highway 164

Police responded at 10:24 p.m. on a report of a two-vehicle accident. A 26-year-old was reported to have shoulder pain, was bleeding from the back of the head. Both vehicles needed to be towed from the scene.
Traffic Accident

Two elderly people were injured in a one-car accident during Sunday's storms. Airbags were deployed in the accident, no injuries reported.
Apartment Burglary
1900 block of Madera St.
June 5
1:35 p.m.
A female caller reported that her apartment had been entered while she was gone. The TV and stereo were knocked down and the couch had been flipped over. The bathroom sink had also been left running.
Flying Sign Damage
Manhattan Dr/E Moreland Blvd
June 5, 1:33 p.m.
A driver's Infinity G353X was damaged when it was struck by a flying construction sign during high winds on Sunday. The caller reported that the sign damaged the drivers side mirror housing, front and rear doors.
Contractor Trouble
200 Kisdon Hill Ct.
June 5
12:23 p.m.
A caller told police she has been having many problems with her general contractor of Honeycreek Homes llc. She has a verbal agreement with him to remodel her kitchen/ bath after water damage occurred from a broken water line in her refrigerator. The contractor is allowed to come and go into the house as well as his subcontractors for work, and were given one garage door opener, but now the general contractor has somehow programmed his personal garage door opener to open the callers garage. The caller wanted this reported along with all the other repairs that were not done correctly to her home.
Burglary
300 block of Jackson Ct.
June 5, 11:45 a.m.
A caller reported that a welder, radio and fishing equipment had been stolen from their property.
