A situation between an employee, a boy and his mother at La Casa ended with police being called twice in one week.

WAUKESHA, WI — A situation between an employee, a boy and his mother at La Casa ended with police being called twice in one week.
According to police reports, staff at La Casa called Waukesha police and asked for officers to stand by and keep the peace while they have a meeting with a Waukesha mother over a situation that happened last Friday.
On Friday, police reported that a mother had been upset because a male employee touched her second-grade son's shoulders, instructing him to sit down and drink his milk.

Police determined that the touching was not inappropriate. The interaction was also witnessed by another staff member.
According to police reports, the mother had been acting out "morphed the interaction" into the employee strangling her son - which did not happen.

According to reports, LaCasa called to have police stand by on Monday as they told the mother not to return and advise her on trespassing ordinances.
