WAUKESHA, WI — Waukesha police responded to two incidents involving realistic BB guns over Labor Day.
Waukesha police responded to the 100 block of E. Garfield Ave. just before 1:30 p.m. Monday on a report of three younger teenagers engaged in shooting a pump-action BB gun - at times at a person who eventually called police.
When police inestigated, they learned that the youth were playing with airsoft weapons in the back yard.

The youth and their parents were advised over the seriousness of the situation, and no further action was taken at that time.
Waukesha police responded to a second incident involving a pellet gun, this time near the area of the 1500 block of Big Bend Road just after 6:30 p.m.

In that incident, two youth approximately 14 years old were called into police after a citizen reportedly saw the two in a verbal altercation with one pointing a gun at the other.
Waukesha police tracked down the youth, they were taken into custody.
