Police Called Over Waukesha Tow Flap: Police
Police say J&J Towing was attempting to tow a vehicle when the owner of the vehicle came out, resulting in a disagreement.

WAUKESHA, WI — Waukesha police responded to the 2700 block of N. University Ave. just before midnight on Thursday on a report of disorderly conduct.
According to police reports, J&J Towing was attempting to tow a vehicle, when the owner of the vehicle came out of the apartment, resulting in a disagreement.
According to the report, the vehicle owner just got off work, and was parked in his running vehicle outside of his apartment complex for several minutes.

Dan Bailey, owner of J&J Towing said that they called the police initially because the man responded to the tow company with an obscenity and initially refused to move the car which was in a no-parking zone. He went on to say that authorities allowed the man to move his vehicle to an underground parking structure without penalty.
According to police reports, Bailey's party, and the other party were all advised on their behavior and all parties were sent on their way.
