Police Called On Upset Tow Truck Driver

A driver from Allways towing was reported to police after the property manager called police, stating that the vehicles should not be taken.

WAUKESHA, WI — Waukesha police responded to the Westgrove apartments just after 2 a.m. on Sunday morning after the apartment manager on duty and a tow truck driver got into a verbal discord over towing vehicles on the complex parking lot.

According to police reports, a driver from Allways towing was reported to police after the property manager called police, stating that the vehicles in question should not be taken.

A verbal discord between the property manager and the tow driver ensued after the driver did not believe the property manager was who she said she was.

Police arrived and calmed the two parties down, and mediated the problem between the two people. The tow truck driver agreed not to tow the vehicles after the property manager was identified as such.
