Police Had To Use Taser On Waukesha Woman

WAUKESHA, WI — Waukesha police needed to deploy a taser on a woman Wednesday evening after a report that the woman was practicing self-harm.

According to police reports, Waukesha police responded to the 1400 block of Delafield St. regarding the incident. It was reported that the woman had suffered severe cuts and refused to drop the blade as police attempted to help the woman in obvious distress.

After police deployed the taser to quell the situation, she was taken into custody and transported for treatment.
