Police Investigating Potential Burglary At Waukesha Pet Spa

According to police, it appeared as though a large rock had been thrown through one of the windows.

WAUKESHA, WI — Police in Waukesha are investigating whether a suspicious scene at Paws for a Moment, 320 South Street, was a burglary attempt.

According to Waukesha Police call logs, a person was taking the trash out at just before 4 p.m. on Aug. 10 when they noticed the back door of the business was open.

When they went to take a closer look, the person who called police reported that the back door was propped open, there were no cars in the lot, there was a broken window and that it appeared items were thrown around inside.

According to police, it appeared as though a large rock had been thrown through one of the windows, and that it looked like someone was starting to clean up the mess, however they were not on-scene when police arrived.
