Missing Waukesha County Inmate Turns Himself In
Police had been asking for the public's help to find a man who was released from the Waukesha County Jail Thursday morning by mistake.

WAUKESHA -- A man convicted on a paternity charge was released from the Waukesha County Jail Thursday morning and police are asking for the public's help to retrieve the man.
On Thursday evening, just after 10 p.m., the Waukesha County Sheriff’s Department was advised by the Forest County Sheriff’s Department that J Dustin Palubicki turned himself into their department.

On Thursday, Oct. 6 9:11 a.m., J. Dustin Palubicki was released in error from the Waukesha County Jail. Dustin Palubicki, who is known as Dustin, was in custody since September 3, 2016 on a paternity matter.
He was released on today’s date after his commitment with Waukesha County was complete, however, he is currently wanted in Forest County for nonpayment of child support.

Dustin is described as a white male, 36 years old, 6 foot, 160 pounds, green eyes, brown hair with a short cut, receding hair line and currently wearing a full trimmed mustache and beard.
He was last seen wearing a dark t-shirt with some type of graphic on the back, blue jeans that are ripped at the knees and dark tennis shoes with white soles.
Dustin also has several tattoos with the most noticeable one being on his neck.
