Pot Smoking Denny's Diner Arrested

Waukesha police responded to the Denny's restaurant on N. Grandview Blvd. just after 2 a.m. early Monday on a report that two men were reportedly smoking marijuana in the parking lot and had since gone into the restaurant.
Police arrived at the scene, and upon investigation, found the people in question. One was taken into custody related to the incident.

'Crime Show' Watching Woman Thought She Knew it All

Waukesha police were called to the Speedway Gas station on S. Grand Ave. just after midnight early Monday on a report that a person who does cleaning for Speedway found what she believed to be marijuana in the bathroom.
When police arrived, the woman believed there were a series of suspicious events involving items she saw in the dumpster.
According to the police report, the woman believed that the neighbors were dumping items into the dumpster and that she "knows what to look for" because she watches crime shows.
An officer located the suspicious items and determined that its contents were not suspicious, and were consistent with bathroom garbage.
