Railroad Arm Smacks Motorcycle Driver
A motorcycle driver was seriously injured Saturday night in Waukesha and was transported to the emergency room.
According to police reports, a motorcycle driver reportedly struck the swinging arm that guards the railroad tracks, and got hit in the head.
Waukesha police and rescue responded to the 100 block of Carroll Street just before 7 p.m. Saturday to tend to the accident.
The man was reportedly bleeding from his head and had shoulder pain.
Police reports indicted the man may have been intoxicated at the time of the crash, according to the person who called police.

Armed Robbery Suspect Tries Climbing Out of Window
On Saturday morning, Waukesha police arrested a man wanted by Milwaukee police as a suspect in an armed robbery.
According to police reports, Waukesha police responded to a residence on the 2700 block of University Court at 8:15 a.m. Saturday at the request of Milwaukee police to take Robert P. Vesper into custody.
Reports indicate, officers were met by Vesper's mother at the door to get him, but Robert reportedly began climbing out of a window and was met by officers in the back yard of the house.
