Raised Grain Taproom Grand Opening This Weekend
Members of the public are invited to the grand opening of the Raised Grain Brewery's new taproom and brewery on Dolphin Drive.
WAUKESHA, WI -- Members of the public are invited to the grand opening of the Raised Grain Brewery's new taproom and brewery on Dolphin Drive.
The new brewery and taproom is located at:1725 Dolphin Drive in Waukesha.

Friday, January 25: Open 3 p.m. to 11 p.m.
3:30 p.m.: Ribbon Cutting with local and state officials.

When they open at 3 p.m., they will have a few kegs of some of cellared beers, including: Rye Anniversary 2018 Stout, Bourbon Anniversary 2018 Stout and Rum Barrel-Aged Porter.
Saturday, January 26: 12 p.m. to 11 p.m.:
We will keep the party going all day on Saturday with some special timed tappings:
1 p.m.: Blended 2018 Anniversary Stout
3 p.m.: Les Trois Docteurs Pinot Barrel Quad
5 p.m.: Mystery beer
7 p.m.: Rye Barrel-Aged Saison
Raised Grain will also be raffling off some gift certificates throughout Friday and Saturday. Customers will get a raffle ticket with each beer purchased. Winners must be present to win the gift certificate.
