Police say Mark A. Huber, 60, will not have a specific home address upon his release and will be considered homeless.

WAUKESHA, WI — Authorities in Waukesha are alerting the public that a man convicted of third-degree sex assault in April, 1993 is being released back into the public.
Police say Mark A. Huber, 60, will not have a specific home address upon his release and will be considered homeless.
According to court records, Huber was convicted of burglary and third-degree sexual assault. In that case, Waukesha police say Huber found a purse, and checked the woman's ID to determine her address.

Police say Huber broke into the woman's home and sexually assaulted her while she was sleeping. Police say the woman's boyfriend awoke and chased Huber out of the house. He was arrested a short time later, police say.
In addition, Waukesha Police said that Huber has a lengthy history of exposing himself, dating back to 1980.

Police say Huber is a lifetime registrant on the Wisconsin Sex Offender registry and is on active supervision.
