Repeat Sex Offender To Be Released Back Into Waukesha
Authorities are reporting that Jose Ferrer will be released and will be living along the 1100 block of Main Street.

WAUKESHA, WI — The Waukesha Police Department has announced that a repeat sex offender convicted of sex assault and sex with minors is being released back into the community.
Authorities are reporting that Jose Ferrer will be released and will be living along the 1100 block of Main Street. According to police reports, Ferrer was convicted of having intercourse with a 16-year-old girl and keeping photographs of the incident in 2011.
Authorities reported additionally that Ferrer was also convicted of fourth-degree sexual assault of a 12-year-old girl while also continuing to assault the girl even after the conviction.

Police say that Ferrer will be a life registrant of the sex offender registry and has submitted to face-to- face registration with law enforcement.
Authorities say he is court-ordered to have no unsupervised contact with minors, no contact with taverns, bars or liquor stores, no contact with victim, and is banned from purchasing or possessing or consuming alcohol or illegal drugs.

He is to comply with sex offender rules and will be on G.P.S.monitoring while under supervision, according to reports.
