'Semi-Naked' Woman Urges Neighbor To Call 911

WAUKESHA, WI — A woman was transported to the emergency room after Waukesha police received a report that a semi-naked woman was laying out on the lawn on the 200 block of Arcadian yelling for someone to call 911.

According to police, an unspecified altercation took place inside the residence, and all parties involved were reportedly heavily intoxicated.

The woman's colostomy bag had been removed during the situation. When police investigated for apparent signs of trouble, they noted that there were no signs of a visible struggle on the scene.
