Sex Offender To Be Released In Waukesha Friday
According to the Waukesha Police Department, Jeremy D. Russ, 41, will be released from custody on June 14.

WAUKESHA, WI -- Authorities in Waukesha are alerting the public that a registered sex offender will be released into the public now that his prison sentence has been served.
According to the Waukesha Police Department, Jeremy D. Russ, 41, will be released from custody on June 14. Authorities say Russ has been convicted five times since 1991 for several sex offenses, including second-degree sexual assault in addition to lewd and lascivious behavior.
Police in Waukesha say that Russ has a history of approaching random female victims and either grabbing them or performing a sex act in front of them. Police say Russ is a life registrant on the sex offender registry of Wisconsin and is also subject to lifetime GPS monitoring.

Authorities also say that Russ has been deaf from birth and that communication can only be done through an interpreter. Police say Russ has no permanent address and must be released at the conclusion of his imprisonment time, which is coming up on Friday.
