Sex Offender Who Assaulted 3-Year-Old To Be Released In Waukesha

Authorities say that Jamian J. Villers was convicted of second-degree sexual assault of a child in December 2010.

WAUKESHA, WI — Authorities in Waukesha County are alerting the public that a 27-year-old Waukesha man has been released from prison, and that he was convicted for repeatedly assaulting a three-year-old child.

According to information posted by the Wisconsin Department of Justice, Jamian J. Villers was convicted of second-degree sexual assault of a child in December 2010.

Court documents indicated that Villers was released from prison in Nov. 2017, however violated the terms of his release and was taken back into custody. He is listed as a life registrant on the Wisconsin Sex Offender registry, and is on active supervision.

Police say Villers is to have no unsupervised contact with children, is not allowed in taverns, bars or liquor stores, and may not possess or consume alcohol. He will be on GPS monitoring, authorities say.
