South St Construction Irks Early-Riser
Wisconsin's construction season is in full swing and one Waukesha resident on the 200 block of South Street called police twice early Wednesday morning after he said that construction noise before sunrise is "unreasonable."
According to police reports, the man was uncooperative and refused to speak with officers further on why he called police. He was advised on his demeanor while on the phone with dispatch and that he should not be calling the police if he does not want to speak to officers when they arrive.
