Speeder Hits 104 MPH in Waukesha

Police eventually terminated the pursuit after the driver hit 104 miles per hour. The pursuit was broken off after 2.4 miles.

WAUKESHA, WI — An apparent speeder hit 104 miles per hour during a police chase early Sunday morning in Waukesha.

According to police reports, officers attempted to stop a vehicle driving northbound near the area of Collins St. and E. North St. just before 1:30 a.m. for speeding.

Acording to reports, the driver of a black 2005 Pontiac Grand Prix hit 95 miles per hour as they approached the interstate at Moreland.
