Street Preacher Threatened With Arrest

WAUKESHA, WI — Police were called on a man preaching religion on Saturday morning in Waukesha.

According to police reports, a man preaching religion Saturday at 10 a.m. in the 900 block of Barstow near the farmers market area was reportedly on private property.

Reports indicate a concerned citizen asked him to move to the sidewalk, only to have the man refuse to move.

Police were called, and the man agreed to move to the sidewalk to continue his preaching after he was advised by police that he would be arrested for trespassing if he returned.
