Sunset Crossings Could Get 2 New Fast Food Restaurants, Third Retailer
Officials approved preliminary development plans for the site, involves construction of a new building there.

WAUKESHA - Sunset Crossings might be getting a new building as part of Sunset Drive's ongoing redevelopment.
According to a report by Waukesha NOW, The city's plan commission June 8 unanimously approved preliminary site and architectural plans for a 6,400-square-foot, three-tenant retail building on an outlot at the former Kmart site, 120 E. Sunset Drive.
An Xperience Fitness, Dollar Tree, Rogan's Shoes and Kohl's Off/Aisle are the current tenants, but the new plans call for an "outbuilding" to be constructed in the front parking lot area of the plaza.

Two of the three spots will be occupied by fast-food restaurants and the third will be a retailer, Wauksha NOW says, adding that they are all good, nationally recognizable brands that are not currently in the Waukesha market.
