Sunset Crossings Getting Three New Restaurants, New Coffee Shop
We already knew about Panera Bread, but now an Einstein Brothers Bagels, Firehouse Subs and a Caribou Coffee are moving in. Find out when:

WAUKESHA -- Three new restaurants and a new coffee shop are coming to the Sunset Crossings development.
Patch.com has already reported that the Panera Bread will be opening in that location later this year, but now Waukesha NOW is reporting that Panera has firmed-up its open date to mid-December.
The Waukesha Freeman is reporting that Panera Bread, has a tentative opening date of Dec. 7, and that the company is seeking to hire about 50 to 60 workers for the Waukesha cafe, which will have the newest Panera 2.0 elements. Panera will located in a newly constructed three-tenant building near Buffalo Wild Wings.

New to the Sunset Crossings in early 2017 will be an Einstein Brothers Bagels, Caribou Coffee Shop and a Firehouse Sub shop. Those businesses will be moving into an outlot building at 120 E. Sunset Drive according to Waukesha Now.
They are also reporting that residents could also soon see a Panda Express restaurant crop up on the northwest corner of the Meijer property, at Sunset Drive and Tenny Avenue, pending future city approvals.
