Swanger Promoted to Vice President of Operations at Bartelt

From Bartelt: Matt Swanger has been promoted to Vice President of Operations at Bartelt. The Remodeling Resource, a premier, family-owned remodeling firm specializing in residential and commercial design and construction.

In this role, Swanger will work closely with both the design and production teams to ensure each project runs smoothly. Leading on-site meetings during the project and post-construction meetings after completion, he will ensure the company continues to improve processes, communication and the client experience.

Formerly a lead carpenter, Swanger has worked at Bartelt since 1999 and has over 27 years of carpentry experience. He is also a Certified Remodeling Project Manager (CRPM) through NARI (National Association of the Remodeling Industry). Throughout his career, he has supervised projects and led teams of carpenters and subcontractors, offering superior craftsmanship to homeowners. Swanger currently resides in Slinger, Wis., with his wife, Emily, and three children.

Founded in 1984, Bartelt. The Remodeling Resource has won local, regional, and national industry awards, including a 2017 National and two 2018 Regional “Contractor of the Year” (CotY) awards presented by the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI).
