Swearing, Racial Statements Mar After School Program

According to police reports, a group of about eight middle school-aged children, were swearing and making racial statements.

WAUKESHA, WI — Waukesha police responded to the Lowell Elementary School on the evening of Tuesday.

According to police reports, a group of about eight middle school-aged children, were swearing and making racial statements.

The person who called police staed that an after-school program with other younger children had some students leave due to the other childrens' statements.

When police went to the scene, the youth were confirmed to be swearing in the vicinity of elementary school childen. They were advised on their behavior and moved along.

The staff at Lowell school stated they will contact police if further incidents occur and will pursue a criminal complaint.
