Tow Truck Tussle Ends in Arrest
Waukesha police responded to the intersection of Welsh Ct. and N. University Drive just before Midnight on Saturday on a disorderly conduct call.
According to police reports, AByss towing was trying to tow a truck from the area, but the owner was reportedly jumping on the tow truck.
A verbal altercation reportedly ensued. When police responded to the scene the tow truck driver stated the man jumped through his window and wouldn't let him roll up the window. He also reported a strong odor of marijuana coming from the car they were trying to tow.
The vehicle ended up being towed, and the man was taken into custody.

Burglary Case Much Ado About Nothing
Waukesha police responded to the 700 block of Marshall St. just after 8:30 p.m. Saturday on a report of a burglary in progress at a residence there.
According to police reports, the home owner arrived home, only to find his side door open and a possible burglary.
When police arrived, they dispatched three squads and a K9 unit to the area.
Officers conducted a safe approach and later cleared the property. According to reports, there was nothing suspicious inside nor was anything missing.
