Two Arrested In Waukesha Denny's Disturbance: Report

Police said that officers stopped a vehicle in the parking lot that contained a 39-year-old man and a 45-year-old woman.

WAUKESHA, WI -- Police in Waukesha say two people were arrested early Friday morning outside an area Denny's following a disturbance there.

Waukesha police responded to the Denny's located at 2801 N. Grandview Blvd. just before 1 a.m. Friday on a report of two people who caused a disturbance both inside the restaurant and outside in the parking lot, drawing the attention of fellow customers and restaurant staff.

Waukesha police told Patch that officers stopped a vehicle in the parking lot that contained a 39-year-old man and a 45-year-old woman.

According to police reports, at one point before police arrived, the man entered the Denny's and caused a disturbance as he demanded to be served alcohol.

Police reported that the man was arrested on suspicion of disorderly conduct, and that the woman was arrested on suspicion of driving while under the influence.
