Two Car Thieves Caught in the Act

WAUKESHA, WI — Waukesha police caught two suspects red-handed after they attempted to break into a car from inside a garage Tuesday night.

According to police reports, two men were in a garage on the 400 block of N. East Ave. and were attempting to break into a car just after 6:30 p.m.

Waukehsa police responded within several minutes, at which point officers managed to make contact with two suspects in the garage.

An arrest was made shortly after police arrived in this case.
