Two Men Arrested In Halloween Incident On Hinman: Report
When officers arrived on the scene, they found two men in a parked car.

WAUKESHA, WI -- Police in Waukesha say that an early-morning arrest on Halloween netted two men - one on domestic abuse charges and the other on multiple drug charges.
According to Waukesha Police, an officer on patrol in the area of Hinman Ave. and Jackson Ct. was called to the area. When they arrived, they found two men in a parked car.
Police said they arrested Epifanio Hernandez and Juan Robles. Court records show that Robles has been charged with one count of disorderly conduct and four bail jumping charges.

Hernandez was charged with possession of cocaine, possession of THC, possession of drug paraphernalia and also possession with intent to deliver schedule IV drugs.
