Unruly Guest Shoves Country Springs Lifeguard Into Pool: Police

WAUKESHA, WI — A 29-year-old Waukesha man was arrested at the Country Springs Hotel and Water Park over the weekend following an incident in the water park area.

Waukesha police responded to the Country Springs Hotel and Water Park just after 5:30 p.m. Saturday on a report of an unruly guest.

Police told Waukesha Patch that squads were dispatched to Country Springs for the report of a man who pushed a Country Springs lifeguard into the pool without provocation

When police arrived, they made contact with the 29-year-old man in the parking lot. Police told Patch that the man appeared to be under the influence of some type of drug.

When asked to leave by Country Springs staff, Police said he approached many staff members in the pool and lobby, and cursed loudly at them, causing other customers to take note and become offended.

Police are reporting that the man is being held at the Waukesha County Jail for disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. He is awaiting formal charges.
