Vandals Smash Waukesha Burger King; Trash Fire Turns Into Real Fire on Delafield
The Burger King on Gateway was smashed by vandals. A trash fire turned much more serious on Delafield.

Vandals Smash Waukesha Burger King
Waukesha police responded to the Burger King on Gateway Drive at 4 a.m. Friday morning on a report that vandals were doing damage to the building.
According to police reports, the drive through window was being smashed, and the employee office was being vandalized as well.
Police and fire cleared the building and determined the vandals had left by the time authorities arrived.
Authorities were reviewing surveillance footage from the parking lot camera to investigate further.

Trash Fire Turns Into Real Fire on Delafield
Police and fire responded to the 700 block of Delafield St. at 2:30 a.m. Friday morning on a report of a fire.
According to police reports, a person burning trash at curbside had the fire spread to a nearby tree, prompting a call to the fire department.
The tree was reportedly 15 feet from the nearest residence. Within 15 minutes the fire was out, and WE Energies was advised to send a line crew out as soon as possible.
