Walgreens Robber Gave Clerks '30 Seconds' Before He'd Shoot
A man threatened to shoot Walgreens pharmacy clerks in 30 seconds, if they didn't give him the oxycodone pain killers he desperately wanted.

WAUKESHA, WI — A man threatened to shoot Walgreens pharmacy clerks in 30 seconds, if they didn't give him the oxycodone pain killers he desperately wanted.
On Monday August 28, 2017, just before 7:30 p.m., the Waukesha Police Department responded to an Armed Robbery at the Walgreens Pharmacy located at 230 Madison Street.
An employee who works in the pharmacy advised that a white male suspect in his 30s handed him a note demanding Oxycodone pills otherwise he would “shoot clerks within 30 seconds.” The suspect then showed the employee an object in his waistband which resembled a handgun.

According to police reports, the man had tattoos on his face, black pants, a black sweatshirt and an Ace brace on his left wrist.
The employee handed over a small amount of Oxycodone pills and the suspect fled the area on foot.

According to reports, an eyewitness stated the suspect was on the phone and said "he just robbed Walgreens."
Officers flooded the area and began searching for the suspect with the assistance of the Waukesha County Sheriff’s Department K-9 Unit.
The suspect was still in the area and eventually turned himself into an officer without incident. The suspect was safely taken into custody and is cooperating with the investigation.
The suspect’s name and information is not being released at this time. He is expected to be transported to the Waukesha County Jail sometime on Tuesday, and his information will be released once the suspect is charged in court.
