WAUKESHA, WI — A 13-year-old called Waukesha police late Tuesday evening on a report of a disturbance between a man and a woman in the house. According to police reports, police were dispatched to a house on the 1000 block of Caroline Street just before 9:30 p.m. on a report of a domestic disturbance. When police responded, they determined that there was no criteria for a domestic disturbance. The man was sleeping at the residence over the past few weeks and had some of his belongings inside the house. The woman didn't want him in the house that evening. The man, who reportedly went into the house via the window, picked up the phone from the 13-year-old that he was a resident of the house. The woman took over the phone after the man and stated "it doesn't matter if he's physical." Police had taken into the man into custody over the apparent dispute. -------image via shutterstock.com
