WAUKESHA, WI — Waukesha police responded to the 2100 block of Kilps Drive just after midnight on April 2 on a report of a theft. According to police reports, a person called authorities reporting that a resident just moved in that day, when a neighbor helped him move in - only to take $520 and flush it down the toilet. Reports indicated that the person accused of flushing the money down the toilet was a 16-year-old. Police were told that the boy and his father were out in the garage following the incident and that the boy admitted to flushing the money down the toilet.
