Waukesha Child Hit By Car, Goes Missing

According to police reports, the child was hit left the area and was trying to run southbound down the railroad tracks.

Waukesha police responded to the area of W. St. Paul Ave. and N. Prairie Ave. just after 2:30 p.m. Sunday on a report that children were jumping out in front of cars, and one of them got hit.

According to police reports, the child was hit left the area and was trying to run southbound down the railroad tracks.

Police and fire walked along the Glacial Drumlin trail near College and Sentry in an attempt to find the child.

Authorities were unable to find the struck child. An officer called the emergency room at the Waukesha Memorial Hospital to notify them if the parents of the child end up bringing him in.
