Waukesha Citgo Burglars Arrested: Police

A few hours after the burglary, two suspects were located outside the business about two hours after the burglary took place.

WAUKESHA, WI — Waukesha police say they've arrested two men responsible for a Dec. 26 burglary of the Waukesha Citgo gas station.

Waukesha police responded to the Citgo gas station just after 5 a.m. on Dec. 26 on a report of a burglary.

According to police reports, the gas station, located at 1445 White Rock Ave. was burglarized during the early-morning hours. Police say that a window was broken, and the apparent burglars entered the business through the broken window.

Waukesha police told Patch.com that a few hours after the burglary, two suspects were located outside the business about two hours after the burglary took place.

Police told Patch that the two suspects were taken into custody. Reports stated that one suspect was arrested wearing a black hooded jacket and a hooded mask. Charges were referred to the District Attorney’s Office but police say the suspects have not been formally charged yet.
