MILWAUKEE, WI — The father of a 24-year-old Waukesha man told police to prosecute his son after he stole his father's car and struggled with police.
Milwaukee police pulled over a 2013 Toyota Camry driven by Jack McDonough at the 3800 block of S. 84th St. on the night of Sun. July 30 after police ran the Camry's plates and determined they were following a stolen vehicle, according to the criminal complaint.
According to police, officers ordered McDonough out of the vehicle, only to have him flee on foot. He reportedly did not make it too far before he fell to the ground. He got back up and turned toward the pursuing officer, initiating a physical struggle.
