Waukesha To Host Free Fox River Kayak Paddle

WAUKESHA, WI — City officials in Waukesha are inviting the public to take advantage of Waukesha’s increased access to the Fox River at a Kayak Launch Celebration coming up this June.

Waukesha's Kayak Launch Celebration will be held on Tuesday, June 4 from 5:30 p.m. to dusk at the Rotary Building in Frame Park, 1150 Baxter St.

Members of the public are invited to paddle the river with free kayak rentals, enjoy a free picnic while supplies last, enjoy live music, and listen to the Authors of Paddle for a Purpose as they share stories from their meaningful paddle journey down the Mississippi.
