Waukesha Library Closed Friday, Oct. 7 Due to Bedbugs in Furniture
The library opened for normal hours on Saturday after a thorough spraying. The furniture containing the infestation was removed as well.

WAUKESHA -- The Waukesha Public Library was re-opened Saturday for normal hours after an unexpected pest was discovered hiding in some furniture on Friday: bedbugs.
According to a statement posted online Friday by the Library, "We discovered a concentration of bed bugs in one section of the Library last evening. That furniture has been removed, and the entire facility is being sprayed as an overabundance of caution. We will be open our normal hours tomorrow."
