Waukesha Man Arrested After Pointing Gun At Woman: Report

WAUKESHA, WI -- A 38-year-old Waukesha man has been arrested and charged after authorities say he pointed a gun at the mother of three children at an apartment.

According to Waukesha Police call logs, officers responded to an apartment on the 2400 block of Springdale Road just before 3:30 p.m. on June 9 on a report that a Waukesha man pulled a gun on a woman inside the apartment.

Police call logs state that the woman called authorities after the man pointed the firearm in her face. She safely evacuated the property with her three children, call logs stated.

According to police reports, about 15 minutes after arriving at the scene, the man surrendered to authorities without further incident.

According to court records, Dominic Tally has been charged with trespassing, pointing a firearm at a person and disorderly conduct in connection with the incident on June 9.

Tally is out on a $2,500 cash bond, and is expected in court on June 19 for his initial appearance.
