Waukesha Man Arrested After Threatening Calls: Police

The report stated that the mother was concerned for her safety and was worried that he was going to come to her residence.

WAUKESHA, WI — Waukesha police responded to a residence on the 200 block of Maria Street just after 4 a.m. on a report of a domestic disturbance.

According to police reports, Charles L. Warner called the mother of his children and threatening her. The report stated that the mother was concerned for her safety and was worried that he was going to come to her residence.

Reports stated that police made contact with Warner on Maria Street after they heard him involved in an apparent disturbance inside.

Reports indicated that an officer managed to speak with Warner from his vantage point at a second-story window. Warner agreed to come out the back door. The three children who were inside were helped out with assistance from the mother and police protection.

According to reports, Warner was taken into custody and was being held in the Waukesha County Jail as of Saturday afternoon. According to court documents, Warner was previously charged with disorderly conduct in 2016.
