Waukesha Man Arrested In Stop-N-Go Armed Robbery: Report

Police say they tracked the man down who was responsible for an armed robbery at the Stop-N-Go over the weekend.

WAUKESHA, WI — Waukesha police responded to the Stop-N-Go Grocery BP Gas Station on Aug. 4 on a report of a robbery in progress.

According to Waukesha police reports, a person called 911, saying that a man, later identified as Clyde L. Greeson, pulled a knife on him and took his keys.

Police set up a perimeter in the area and dispatched their K-9 unit to aid in the search. According to reports, the man they were looking for, Greeson, was described as a white male with a tank top, a "pot belly," facial hair, medium-length hair, and glasses.

Police told Waukesha Patch that Greeson was arrested on Aug. 5.

On Tuesday, Aug. 7, Greeson was charged with felony armed robbery and is being held in the Waukesha County Jail on a $2,500 cash bond.
